Privacy Policy

Fledge Media ("Fledge", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based at Plot 16, Upper Naguru Road, Kampala - UG. This policy explains what information we collect through fledgemediaservices.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site — the contact form or the "Get started" form — we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your enquiry, and any message you send us. We do not require an account and we do not process payments on this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project or job application.
• To send you information you've requested about our services.
• To improve this website and our services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

Our contact and "Get started" forms send what you enter to Fledge's own customer-management system, so our team can respond to you. That information is not shared with other companies for their own use.

If you submit our contact or enquiry forms, that data is sent to Fledge Media's team for follow-up. If you email us directly, standard email-provider handling applies.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. It uses your approximate country, worked out from your IP address when the page loads, to show you the Uganda or the international version, and it does not store that. If you choose a version with the switch in the footer, we remember that choice in one small cookie (fledge_region) for a year. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data retention

We retain enquiry and application information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@fledgemediaservices.com.
